Does Phosphacore Really Provide Tummy Targeting Magic?
About Phosphacore
Phosphacore is the product that claims to help a “desperate housewife” to melt away 25 pounds in 2 weeks. Not only is that extremely unhealthy, it is extremely unlikely. Still, they claim to be the #1 brand in America using a “rare African wonder herb.” They claim to help you to rapidly shed 21.3% of body fat or 1/5 of unhealthy body fat in general. It apparently fights abdominal fat, replaces fat with muscle, firms your problem areas, and is 100% safe and natural.
How Does Phosphacore Work?
In truth, Phosphacore uses phosphatidylserine, cis-9-trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid, and ascorbic acid. So we have to question where the supposed “rare African herb” is supposed to be in all of this. Moreover, we have to wonder where the wonder drug that is supposed to promote so much unhealthy weight loss in a short period of time would be. CLA promotes weight loss and muscle building, but very gradually, and it only works in doses of at least 3000mg if not more, which they of course don’t use. This is all a fancy way of saying it doesn’t work.
Phosphatidylserine-phosphatidylserine is supposed to strengthen your memory, increase vigilance, boost learning, increase mental acuity, relieve depression, improve mood, inhibit exercise and stress induced by cortisol, and otherwise decrease stress. However, it does not promote weight loss, and most really don’t have cortisol buildup.
Cis-9-trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid-this is CLA and is often used to promote results with a good fatty acid. It burns more fat and builds more lean muscle at a gradual rate. With CLA, you get greater benefits over time, but only over time and with doses of 3000-4500mg.
Ascorbic acid-another name for vitamin C, it can work as an antioxidant, but it does not actually promote weight loss.
